Evaluation infrastructure for support AI
A candidate can sound better and still become less safe. Run it against a fixed support contract, inspect every failed decision, and compare it with the last version you trusted.

THE RELEASE CONTRACT
Billing, access, security, or technical ownership.
High-risk work reaches a person before action.
The next step is specific enough to execute.
No request for keys, passwords, or tokens.
Interactive run comparison
The three candidates are implemented in the repository. Broken profiles exist to prove that each grader fails for the reason it claims.

A real failure shape
The candidate still chose the security queue. A routing-only score would approve it. The independent gates exposed the missed human review, weak action, and unsafe request.
Repair the action policy. Keep human review mandatory. Re-run the same cases and attach the comparison.

Run the complete workflow
The built-in candidates reproduce success, routing failure, and unsafe behavior locally.
